Katia Guerreiro edited in 2005 her third album named TUDO OU NADA in wich she sings poems by Joaquim Pessoa, Maria Luísa Baptista, Sophia de Mello Breyner with music by José Niza, Ary dos Santos. Katia Guerreiro is co-author in three inedit themes that are in this TUDO OU NADA. This album was reedited in the end of 2006 with two duets with the most famous brasilian artist Ney Matogrosso. The label Harmonia Mundi is responsible for the international distribution of this album, except in Japan, where it is published by Latina, and in Spain by Resistencia.

Recorded in Estúdio Pé de Vento between July and August 2005.
